Butt, Spot and Resistance Welding

One of the key advantages of Butt, Spot and Resistance Welding
is that no filler material is needed to create the bond.
- Butt, Spot and Resistance Welding is very fast and pocket-friendly
- Butt, Spot and Resistance Welding is ideal for mass product production.
- Products will be less distorted and more aesthetically pleasing, as
Butt, Spot and Resistance Welding more effectively targets only the areas
that need to be joined without compromising the rest of the piece

Semi-Auto Mesh Welding
Semi-Auto Mesh Welding permanently fixes the wire joints increasing the rigidity of the mesh or basket, making it many times stronger.
These mesh sheets are easier to put through a forming process, meaning that you can get a consistent bend and product.

Spot Welding
At Commercial Wire Design we often use Spot Welding to join wire mesh and strips of wire or bar to create mesh hoops and baskets and containers.
Spot Welding is fast and cost friendly and can be further polished to produce a commercial grade finish

Butt Welding
Commercial Wire Design use butt welding to close wire loops and connect parts that don’t overlap then ground to a smooth finish. Butt-welding is an economical and reliable way of joining without using additional components.
